What is your card? There are plenty of utilities that will give you the stats, and maybe even the directx diagnostic. It will be a lot more simple if you can just give the model of the card, though.

In your run cmd. type dxdiag and let it run it's course then it should have your system stats and everything right there. It's a lot easier than downloading or buying some third party software.
